Mr. Church is Senior Project Manager at EEI Healthcare. His 18 years of healthcare engineering has provided diverse experience in mechanical and plumbing system assessment, project management, facility planning, energy management, and commissioning.  He has implemented and managed a variety of technically and logistically complex design, design-build, and commissioning projects.

Mr. Church has extensive experience with a wide variety of project types including  acute care hospitals, medical office buildings, outpatient diagnostic and surgical centers, hospital additions and renovations, and skilled nursing and senior living environments. Such projects demand a cooperative effort between local code authorities, building owners, equipment vendors, and other design and construction team members to meet the expectations, goals, budgets and schedules of the owner and end users.  As the project manager, Mr. Church has been responsible for guiding projects from the conceptual design phase through construction administration and commissioning phases.
