Patrick Doyle

Patrick Doyle is a senior energy and climate officer in the Inter-American Development Bank’s Structured and Corporate Finance Department, the private sector lending arm of the IADB.  Mr. Doyle has provided clean energy technology, market and investment advice for utilities, energy companies, government agencies and financial institutions.  His recent projects have included energy efficiency finance, renewable energy project development, carbon credit project design, and climate change vulnerability.  He is a former facility manager and has managed energy savings performance contracts. Mr. Doyle holds a MBA from the Wharton School, an MA in international relations with a concentration on energy and environmental economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a BS in civil and environmental engineering from Washington State.
