Jack has over 30 years of international employee benefits experience. He was the Corporate Director of Global Benefits at Motorola Inc, at which time he managed 5 multinational pools, with over $20 million of pooled premium.  Currently Jack is developing new multinational pooling strategies for Zebra Technologies Corporation. Jack graduated from the University of Illinois and Northern Illinois University, with a B.S. degree in Business, and a MBA. Jack has been an instructor and Board member at The International  Foundation of Employee Benefits , and a frequent guest speaker on Global Benefits at Consulting Seminars, Insurance Company Seminars, and Legal Seminars, on topics such as Multinational Pooling and M&A.
