Glynna Prentice is a contributing editor at International Living, a publishing company that for more than 30 years, through publications and conferences, has been providing Americans with the information they need to retire abroad. Glynna, an expatriate herself, retired to Mexico in 2007 after a career in marketing and media. 

Before moving to Mexico, Glynna spent the previous 10 years in internet health information in New York. She worked in consumer marketing at WebMD and, before that, as the managing editor of CBSHealthwatch, the consumer-health site of Medscape.com. Prior experience included strategic consulting with (then) Price Waterhouse in its Madrid office.

At International Living, Glynna writes frequently about retirement destinations, retirement lifestyle, and healthcare options abroad. She has covered destinations throughout Latin America and Europe, including Ecuador, Mexico, Ireland, and Spain. She is also a frequent speaker at International Living’s conferences.

Glynna holds a BA from Bryn Mawr College, a Master’s in Journalism from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
