Dr. Saif is a physician and MBA with extensive experience in the health insurance field. Dr. Saif is the Medical Director at Green Crescent Insurance Company. He planned and implemented the first disease management program in the Gulf with focus on diabetes management.
Prior to joining Green Crescent, Dr. Saif worked at the health strategy and health funding departments of Dubai Health Authority and helped design the Dubai health insurance model.
Dr. Saif has an interest in medical tourism and he plan to introduce this concept to the health insurance industry in the UAE.
Dr. Saif is the president of Emirates Health Insurance Association initiative, a professional networking group to link all professional working in the health insurance industry in the UAE and the region and share updates and experiences.
